On September 14th, the CSIS Global Health Policy Center hosted Ambassador Mark Dybul and Dr. Julian Schweitzer for its second Fault Lines in Global Health event. The topic was, Resolved: That the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria should be transformed to become the Global Fund for Health.
