On September 14th, Mark Dybul of Georgetown University affirmed the resolution, "RESOLVED: That the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria should be transformed to become the Global Fund for Health." Julian Schweitzer of the Results for Development Institute responded.
